NY Giants third-round pick: Washington WR Jalen McMillan

The only current Giants wide receivers who are locks to be on the 2024 roster are Jalin Hyatt and Wan'Dale Robinson, while Darius Slayton, who has led Big Blue in receiving in four of his five NFL seasons, will likely return. However, Schoen could save $5 million in cap space by releasing the Auburn product.

After drafting Odunze earlier in the draft, Schoen could target his teammate, explosive playmaker Jalen McMillan. In four years at Washington, the 6-1, 192-pounder hauled in 164 passes for 2,143 and 17 touchdowns.

McMillan dealt with injuries in 2023 that forced him to miss time, but he caught a touchdown in the National Championship game. His best season was 2022, hauling in 79 balls for 1,098 yards and nine touchdowns.

A wide receiver room featuring Odunze, Slayton, Hyatt, Robinson, and McMillan would be solid and very young, allowing the players to all grow together, similar to the current Packers WRs room.

NY Giants fourth-round pick: Notre Dame RB Audric Estime

Audric Estime is a certified baller. The 5-11, 227-pounder is a physical back. Don't let his size fool you, though; he has elite speed. The Nyack, N.Y. native was the best player on Notre Dame's roster this fall. He ran for 1,341 yards on 210 attempts and scored 18 rushing touchdowns.

His average yards per carry in 2023 was a superb 6.4.

Barkley is a free agent, and given the way negotiations turned out last year, it's possible Schoen doesn't view running back as a position you pay. However, Barkley is more than a running back; he's the face of the New York Giants. A Barkley-Estime duo would be a nightmare for opposing defenses, but if Barkley does depart, Estime can handle the lead role.
