Darius Slayton has amazing reaction to insulting Daniel Jones Madden rating

Across the board, NY Giants fans are furious with the quarterback Madden ratings. In case you missed it, Daniel Jones has been given a 75, with 20 quarterbacks rated better than him. This includes Jimmy Garoppolo, Ryan Tannehill, Justin Fields and others. What?!

People can't believe it. Giants wideout Darius Slayton, who is always quick to defend his teammates, was furious when he saw what Madden gave Danny Dimes. Slayton provided a golden response to things on Twitter, with fans showing him plenty of love in the replies as well:

You know you've messed up when you've upset Mr. Slayton. In all seriousness, what in the world does Jones have to do to get some respect? After throwing for 3,205 yards and 15 touchdowns last season, plus adding seven more scores on the ground, Jones landed his major payday from the front office.

There's strong belief in East Rutherford that Jones will be able to live up to the hype moving forward from being a former No. 6 overall pick. General manager Joe Schoen believes in the young signal-caller, which is why he gave him a four-year, $160 million deal.

Jones can hurt you with his right arm, but he also displayed impressive wheels last season. During the regular season, he rushed for 708 yards. In the Wild Card Round win over the Vikings in Minnesota, he tossed for 301 yards and two touchdowns, while adding 78 rushing yards.

That showing was incredible to see and more of the same should be on the way during the 2023 campaign. On no planet should 20 quarterbacks have a better rating than Jones for Madden. This is yet another example of people doubting what he'll be able to do with New York. Prove them wrong, Daniel.
