2. The Giants have a loaded pass-rush

Thibodeaux is one of the most intriguing young players in football today. At times he looked overmatched, but in the second half of the season he flashed serious potential. If he can turn into the player that the Giants coaching staff thinks he can become, then the defensive front is going to be unreal to watch this fall and winter.

With Thibodeaux, Lawrence, Olujari, and Williams all coming at opposing teams' quarterbacks, you can expect to see an increase in the sacks rate. Now this does require Olujari and Williams to stay healthy, because last season they did miss some time.

In his rookie season, Olujari recorded eight sacks and played in all 17 games. Entering his third season, fans are hoping to see him on the field more than he’s off - when he’s on, he strikes fear into opposing offenses.

If they can manage to stay healthy as much as possible, then the defensive line should for sure perform. The line has depth, and four guys who could be legitimate X-factors. Lawrence is for sure expected to be an X-factor, as he just signed a huge extension worth $90 million.
