NY Giants legend doesn't hesitate calling Eagles fans the worst in America

Giants Nation is loving Ottis Anderson for this.

This is one way to get a crowd up on their feet. During Fanatics Fest NYC, a special event was held to honor the NY Giants and the team's 100th year in business. That's right, 'Night of Champions' was held at the Javits Center, with Eli Manning, Plaxico Burress, Justin Tuck, Eli Manning and Michael Strahan taking center stage.

To close things out, host Jesse Palmer, a former Big Blue quarterback, asked the guys which team was their favorite to go up against. Things were pretty split between the Cowboys and Eagles, but running back Ottis Anderson delivered the quote of the night, calling the Philly faithful the worst in America:

Giants Super Bowl winner Ottis Anderson has no love for Eagles fans

"I must agree with (Michael) Strahan. The Eagles fans are the worst fans in America. "

Anderson added that he took great pleasure in kicking Philly's butt, which no one is going to hate. Well, not anyone in New York or New Jersey that is. Burress opened things up talking about loving to top Dallas in Texas, with Manning agreeing with him.

Tuck was the tiebreaker, and he went ahead and gave another vote for Dallas, referring to the Cowboys as the 'Cowgirls.' Something tells us people all over Big D are going to be quite furious with that take from Tuck, but again, not too many people on this side of America are going to mind what the retired stud pass-rusher had to say.

All in all, there's no love lost between these Giants legends and their NFC East foes. In recent years, both Philly and Dallas have had the advantage over Brian Daboll's men, with the Cowboys even being 4-0 vs. Coach Dabes in the past two seasons. The group honored at the Night of Champions sure hopes that changes in 2024. They wouldn't mind seeing Nick Sirianni be delivered some humble pie courtesy of NY too.
