The comeback season is officially on for NY Giants left tackle Andrew Thomas. In 2022, the former first-round pick took his game to an incredible level, earning All-Pro honors. However, we don't have to tell you that things were rough for him in 2023.

Thomas suffered a hamstring injury in the Week 1 loss to Dallas - it happened on a blocked field goal kick too, which made things worse. He missed a good chunk of the season because of it. New rankings for OTs have Thomas outside of the Top 10, which is absurd.

It's time for Thomas to prove people wrong and he's on his grind in the weight room. The Giants standout recently took to social media for a workout post and he's looking fantastic. You can watch the clip at this link.

Andrew Thomas is ready to be a monster for the Giants in 2024

It's pretty impressive to see a man who checks in at 6-8, 315 pounds do pull ups like that. Most of us pull a muscle in our back just trying to do one, but this is a reminder that Thomas is super-human. It's also a reminder that he's focused on making sure he's at his best this campaign.

Thomas is a competitor and you know that the way the 2023 season went for him and this team ate up at him quite a bit. The Giants shocked everyone by making the postseason in 2022, but a 6-11 record to follow things up was quite embarrassing.

It led to multiple coaches being fired and there are also a ton of new faces in town thanks to free agency and the NFL Draft. Despite that, the veteran leaders for this team are going to have to take charge of things and Thomas is on that list.

He's the leader of the offensive line group. The additions of Jon Runyan Jr. and Jermaine Eluemunor are quite important, but Thomas is still going to have to be the best guy up front - he'll need to be electric once again for Daniel Jones to get into a groove too. Is another All-Pro year on the way for Thomas? Hey, it's something we'd absolutely love to see.
