5 NY Giants with the most to prove in the final 3 games of the season
3. EDGE Azeez Ojulari
Whether it be because of health, or general poor play, Azeez Ojulari has been incredibly disappointing this season. At this point, the Giants have to question whether or not Ojulari is the answer at EDGE opposite to Kayvon Thibodeaux moving forward. Not only are there some intriguing options in free agency, but this draft class has a fair amount of pass-rushing talent as well.
Last season, Ojulari missed a good amount of games, but he made up for it by being incredibly productive when on the field, racking up 5.5 sacks in seven games. This season, though, Ojulari has been invisible. Through eight games, he has just 11 tackles and half a sack, only racking up 16 pressures in the process.
Ojulari is still under contract in 2024, but it's hard to have a ton of confidence in the 23-year-old pass-rusher given his injury history and lack of production. There's still time for Ojulari to turn things around in the final three games, but as of now, it's not looking too hot.
