In NY Giants news, Brian Daboll received massive praise from former Patriots and Buccaneers tight end Rob Gronkowski. On Kay Adams' "Up & Adams", Gronkowski discussed Daboll and how important he is to the New York Giants.
One comment that truly stuck out was when Gronk said the Giants don't make the playoffs without Daboll. He said that he didn't think the Giants were all that talented but Daboll brought out the best in those players.
Gronkowski also said that Daboll is his favorite tight end coach that he's ever had. The two worked together from 2013 to 2016 until Daboll left New England to serve as the offensive coordinator for the Alabama Crimson Tide.
