4. Pass-rusher Jihad Ward
I know some people are not going to like me for this one, but I think this Sunday will be Jihad Ward's last game with the New York Giants. Jihad, or Haddy as some fans call him, is known for his blunt and bold personality, and being a veteran on and off the field. Unfortunately, the EDGE/outside linebacker just has not produced.
In his two years with Big Blue, Ward has only produced seven sacks, four of which have come this year. The Giants have to find someone opposite of Kayvon Thibodeauz that can consistently get after the quarterback and take pressure off of him. The hope is Azeez Ojulari can be that guy, but he's always dealing with injury isssues.
With Thibodeaux being the only threat, teams can double team him and shut him out of games. With a decent amount of cap space and some good draft capital, Schoen will be looking to upgrade the position and the eight-year-veteran Ward could find himself looking for a new job.
