NY Giants Schedule 2023: Game-by-game predictions for upcoming season
Week 6: NY Giants at Buffalo Bills on Sunday, Oct. 15
There's loads of storylines for this matchup. It'll be a return to Buffalo for both Daboll and general manager Joe Schoen. Of course, people are also going to talk about the Jones vs. Josh Allen matchup. The comparisons are there, with the two having cannons for a right arm and also the ability to take off and run.
The Bills have had Super Bowl dreams the past two years, but they've let things slip away in the playoffs. Will this be the year that Allen can get this team over the hump? We'll have to wait and see to find out. As for the Week 6 showdown between the two sides, we think the Bills will showcase that they're still a bit better than the G-Men.
Prediction: Bills 27, Giants 17
Week 7: NY Giants vs. Washington Commanders on Sunday, Oct. 22
We know that anything can happen in an NFC East rivalry game, but come on, there are no excuses for the Giants in this one against the Commanders. Washington’s offense is nothing to be scared of - that’s right, we said it. Sam Howell is the likely starter for the Commanders and that news isn’t something that has fans too excited.
Last year, the Giants took down Washington at FedEx Field and tied against them at MetLife. This is going to be a game where Jones could put up big numbers both through the air and on the ground. You want a bold prediction for this contest? We’ll go with Jalin Hyatt catching seven balls for 115 yards and a touchdown.
Prediction: Giants 35, Commanders 24
