2. NY Giants vs. Dallas Cowboys in Week 1

Of all the divisional games the Giants lost in 2022, perhaps the two most disappointing were the team's losses to the Dallas Cowboys.

Both times the Giants left the field feeling like they could’ve won. First, they allowed Cooper Rush and Co. to end their undefeated start to the season on Monday Night Football, turning a huge game at MetLife Stadium into a disappointment, and then on Thanksgiving, where Big Blue couldn’t deliver a holiday treat to their fans in Dallas.

The Cowboys defense will be stout once again in 2023, and the biggest matchup may end up being second-year offensive tackle Evan Neal against star pass-rusher Micah Parsons. If the former Alabama star can improve enough in the offseason where it’s actually competitive between the two, perhaps the Giants can find victory. If not, the Cowboys will likely come out on top.

Dallas has dominated the Giants in recent seasons, but it’s time for New York to get some revenge in 2023. These two teams will meet on Sept. 10 for a Sunday Night Football clash in Week 1. The G-Men must come out swinging.
