2. Missouri EDGE Darius Robinson
Darius Robinson is an edge-rusher from Mizzou and while he isn't a household name yet, if he continues his upward trend, he may just hear his name called come the first round of the draft. Robinson has been mentioned throughout the past six months or so, especially with the success Mizzou had this past season, but he wasn't known around the country as a superstar by any means.
The Senior Bowl has been a different story for Robinson, though, as he is flying under the radar no more. Robinson has been simply dominant and the expectation is he'll play lights out on Saturday. Robinson is a monster of a man standing 6-5 and weighing 295 pounds. He offers a lot in the way of scheme versatility having played both EDGE and as an interior defensive lineman this past season. The Giants are void of talent at the EDGE position outside of talented pass-rusher Kayvon Thibodeaux.
Robinson can definitely get after the quarterback. The Giants need someone who can win one-on-one battles and take pressure off Thibodeaux. The talent is bare at the EDGE position and whoever the Giants bring in at defensive coordinator, they are going to want some players that can wreak havoc in the trenches. Giants' fans should have their eyes on Robinson come Saturday.
