This was what fans had been waiting for: a complete game from the NY Giants on both sides of the ball. Washington was a big-time favorite to cruise to a victory over the G-Men, but Brian Daboll and Co. had other ideas. Big Blue was able to post a 31-19 victory and everyone in New Jersey/New York loved it.

The fanbase hasn't had a lot to celebrate in recent weeks, but goodness, the performance against the Commanders was needed. Not only was this a complete team effort, but several guys were able to get a lot of their haters off their backs. The list includes these four guys in particular:

4. Nick McCloud

After struggling to find a home immediately in the NFL after a successful career at Notre Dame, Nick McCloud is making the most of his opportunities in NY. McCloud successfully set the tone early on Sunday and grabbed his first career interception on an overthrown ball by Sam Howell.

The athletic grab started an excellent day for McCloud, who defended a pass, forced a big fumble, and accounted for four tackles. McCloud continues to show Wink Martindale why his role in the Giants' secondary should grow for the rest of the campaign.

McCloud clocked 28 snaps on Sunday and is starting to become a player who makes an impact every time he steps on the field. As his experience and comfort in the system grows, expect to see more of McCloud as time passes. With more performances like Sunday, the Giants will have no choice but to reward McCloud with more snaps.
