3. OL Jermaine Eluemunor

Another big signing of this offseason was Jermaine Eluemunor, who most recently played under Giants' new offensive line coach Carmen Bricillo as a member of the Las Vegas Raiders. Eluemunor will play right tackle for the Giants after 2022 first-rounder Evan Neal has struggled to stay healthy and is currently on the PUP list. He has also had back-to-back disappointing seasons. Elumenor has made 45 regular season starts throughout his career, with 32 at right tackle, and has impressed early in training camp this year.

Despite going down on one knee after one play on the first day of training camp and having to be helped off the field, Eluemunor quickly offered a positive update to the Big Blue fans on X, saying, "I'm good." Later, he was diagnosed with bruised ribs, but recovered quickly and has had a good summer.

Eluemunor has been taking reps at right tackle and has been tremendous throughout camp. At joint practices with the Lions, a clip of him has won over the fanbase, as he went head-to-head with stud pass-rusher Aidan Hutchinson and looked pretty dang strong going up against him:

If Eluemunor continues to perform this way, Giants fans will be relieved. They have been searching for offensive line help for years, especially at right tackle. Big Blue finally has their right tackle, someone who can hold his own. With impressive play from Andrew Thomas at LT, the Giants can expect excellent blocking from both sides. We can only hope Eluemunor keeps looking strong in the preseason.
