Is it too early to start thinking about the 2024 NFL Draft? Maybe, but hey, it's easily one of the best times of the year for football fans out there. This obviously includes the NY Giants supporters, who are still riding high over how things went this past April.

Looking ahead to the future, there's no question that this offense still needs a true WR1 to help out star signal-caller Daniel Jones. While some experts think Rome Odunze of Washington could be headed to NY, what about LSU's Malik Nabers?

Recently, Pro Football Network released a new mock draft, and they have the LSU speedster heading to the G-Men with the No. 20 overall pick. Nabers is a true stud and he'd no doubt be explosive for the NYG offense.

LSU's Malik Nabers will be a player to watch for NY Giants fans moving forward

"Though he weighs under 200 pounds, Nabers is one of the most effusive three-level threats in the 2024 NFL Draft WR class. Before the catch, he can offset and stack DBs with his combined lateral agility, foot speed, and explosiveness. At the catch, he’s a bird of prey with his reach, flexibility, and coordination. And after the catch, he has the speed and unnatural size-relative contact balance to consistently extend plays."

Checking in at 6-1, 190 pounds, Nabers has impressive wheels and hands. This past season for the Tigers as a junior, the youngster caught 72 balls for 1,017 yards and three touchdowns. He's all set to post even bigger numbers during his senior campaign.

The Big Blue faithful were hoping that general manager Joe Schoen would take a wideout in the first round of this year's draft, but the guys high on his board were already taken by the time NY was on the clock. This led to him trading up for standout cornerback Deonte Banks.

While the offense should take a step forward this fall and winter, a game-changing wideout is still needed. That's why so many people are already looking at WRs for next spring's draft. Nabers could be a guy to keep an eye on leading up to next April.
