1. Green Bay Packers EDGE Rashan Gary

We looked at one possible edge rusher to help the Giants earlier in this piece, and with the Packers also looking at the top of the NFL Draft board, they could be inclined to sell a pending free agent. Rashan Gary has spent his entire career with the Packers and with him set for free agency, he would be another possible rental, but the Giants could use a 25-year-old pass rusher looking for a change of scenery.

Plus, not to mention, Gary is a New Jersey native who grew up on the outskirts of MetLife Stadium and was a 5-star recruit for Paramus Catholic High. Gary might be inclined to come back home and play in front of family and friends in East Rutherford.

Gary already has 4.5 sacks on the season and playing alongside Thibodeaux could help spark that sack total. Plus, again, with the health of Ojulari never a given, the Giants need more reliable options on the edge and to give Thibodeaux help on the other side.

Gary brings a ton of pressure and hurries quarterbacks while in Green Bay, so Martindale might welcome what Gary brings to his defense as someone who can provide another boost and cause havoc in the backfield on his defense.
