2. Deonte Banks continues to be a stud for Wink Martindale

Consistency hasn't been an issue for cornerback Deonte Banks, as the No. 24 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft has been a stud. Just six games into his rookie season, Banks is looking like a lockdown corner. In Week 5 against Miami, he had the tall task of trying to contain Jaylen Waddle/Tyreek Hill - he did just that. Then in Week 6, Banks dominated play when lined up against Stefon Diggs.

When Banks and Diggs went head-to-head, the Bills were unable to get the ball to the stud wideout. Banks won three different battles, as he didn't allow a single receptions against Diggs in coverage. Each week, Banks is turning heads and they hype is growing on this kid. He's the kind of DB that's a perfect fit for Wink Martinale.

On the season, Banks has stood tall against some impressive wideouts and he's just getting started. The Giants clearly have a playmaker in Banks and his confidence and swagger displayed while rocking a Big Blue jersey only makes things better for fans to enjoy.
