It what has been a disappointing season for the New York Giants, fans have something to be somewhat optimistic about as the season winds down. Big Blue is on a two-game winning streak for the first time this season and undrafted quarterback Tommy DeVito is the main reason why.

Even though the Giants sit at 4-8, DeVito, who has quickly become a hometown hero for Giants fans, now has an opportunity to take down the Green Bay Packers on Monday Night Football. This comes after Brian Daboll announced he will remain the starter saying, "Tommy earned it." Leading up to MNF, here's why we think the G-Men will get the job done:

4. Home-field advantage at MetLife Stadium

Yes, the Giants are 4-8, but Metlife Stadium never disappoints especially under the primetime lights. With the Giants season pretty much done, they still have a chance to knock out an opponent who's trying to get in the playoffs. Not only that, but hey, the G-Men are still in the hunt as well. Don't rule them out until it's all said and done. With that said, the crowd at MetLife will be rocking.

Plus, the Packers have had a tough time winning outside of Lambeau Field, as they've just won two games on the road with four losses. Yes, the Packers are the favorites and they should be. After starting the season 2-5, they've now won four out of their last five and quarterback Jordan Love is looking like a stud. However, the Giants will be playing with a lot of motivation knowing they have a chance to play spoiler and that Giants crowd will be fired up too.
