3. The Defense is playing at a high level
The last couple of weeks for the Giants, their defense has been playing very well and has been one of the reasons why NY is on this two-game winning streak. The Giants defense led by Wink Martindale has a chance to step up and deliver once again, this time with a red-hot Love on his way to town trying to impress.
In the past two games, they've have forced a combined six turnovers and have allowed less than 20 points in both those games. Sure, they've played two pretty bad teams in Washington and New England, but you have to give credit where credit is due. Will the guys be able to keep playing at such a high level?
Not only is the unit forcing turnovers, but the pass-rush has done a stellar job of putting pressure on opposing quarterbacks. We saw that against Washington, with Sam Howell having a rough time trying to scan the field. Then against the Pats, both Mac Jones and Bailey Zappe struggled. You have Kayvon Thibodeaux and Co. to thank for that.
