1. DB Jamal Adams

The most significant player to watch on Monday night has to be veteran safety Jamal Adams, who will make his season debut against the Giants. The 27-year-old DB is healthy for the first time in over a year and will look to have an explosive performance and display his animated personality during this primetime matchup.

Adams is back after suffering a season-ending torn quad injury during Week 1 of the 2022 season. Although he was activated from the PUP list in late August, he was not rushed back to action, as the Seahawks have decided to monitor his progress on a week-by-week basis. The former New York Jet is now in his fourth season with the Seahawks and will look to make an immediate impact when he returns to MetLife Stadium. It will be his first time returning to the Meadowlands since joining Seattle.

The three-time All-Pro will boost the Seahawks' defense and, if 100 percent, will create big problems for the Giants' pass-catchers. One of the major storylines of the offseason was the major improvements Joe Schoen made to provide Daniel Jones with viable options in the passing game. Still, with Seattle's secondary at full strength and No. 26 not likely to be in the backfield on Monday, Big Blue will have to find alternative ways to drive down the field.

Regardless, for football fans, it will be exciting to see Adams return to gridiron and suit up for the Seahawks. He is a fan-favorite around the league, but on Monday Night, Big Blue Nation will not look forward to facing him if he returns to his old form.
