4. DE Chop Robinson
Whether it's in the first or second round, the Giants are going to get an EDGE guy early in this draft. Kayvon Thibodeaux has been awesome, but with Azeez Ojulari not being able to stay healthy on a consistent basis, Thibodeaux will need a running mate. Enter Penn State's Chop Robinson.
There have already been a few mocks out there to suggest one of the Giants picks will be used on Robinson in Round 2. If that's the case, who exactly will the Giants be getting? Big Blue would be welcoming another guy with an absolute nose for getting to the quarterback. In two seasons at Penn State, Robinson accounted for 9.5 sacks and 17.5 tackles for loss.
He has a quick first step and uses it to his advantage to make impact plays in the backfield. The knock on Robinson is he is a little rough around the edges and could use work on his technique. But, the athletic ability is already there and it's there in a big way. An athletic pass-rushing savant out of Penn State in the NFC East? Sounds familiar.
