2. DT Javon Kinlaw - San Francisco 49ers

One priority for the Giants this offseason will be to improve their defensive line, and they may have a great fit with San Francisco 49ers tackle Kinlaw. The 26-year-old DL has been in the league since he was drafted by the 49ers in 2020 out of South Carolina and has played a significant role on San Francisco's defensive line alongside Young, Arik Armstead, Javon Hargrave, and Nick Bosa.

Although he was not a regular starter for SF throughout the regular season, he started six games and posted 3.5 sacks, 25 tackles, and three passes defended in 17 games. Kinlaw also appeared in playoff matchups against the Packers, Lions, and Chiefs, where he had nine tackles.

Before the 49ers make any decisions on defense, we'll wait and see who the organization brings in as Steve Wilks' replacement. This could be a significant factor in which players the team decides to pursue and who they choose to part ways with in free agency. If Kinlaw does hit the open market, he will fit exceptionally well on the same defensive line as Dexter Lawrence in New York.
