2. Green Bay Packers

The Packers are coming off their biggest win of the season on the road against the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving Day, but a loss this week to the Chiefs would help the Giants' chances for a Wild Card spot in the NFC for the same reasons as the Saints and Rams. This will be a pivotal matchup for the Packers and Chiefs this Sunday because it could determine playoff implications for both sides.

Green Bay is 5-6 this season and is third in the NFC North behind the Lions and Vikings, but Packers' quarterback Jordan Love has given the team a legitimate chance against tough opponents this season. Despite dropping six games in 2023, the Packers have played well against several NFC teams, such as the Saints, Rams, and, most recently, the Lions.

Now, they'll head home to host the defending Super Bowl Champions, the most formidable team they face. The Packers will also have to find a way to win without their starting running back, Aaron Jones, who has been ruled out with a knee injury.

A loss to the Chiefs would help the G-Men, who host Green Bay next week for a Monday Night Football showdown, and give Giants rookie quarterback Tommy DeVito some hope heading into that primetime contest. DeVito is 2-1 in his three professional starts this season, and Big Blue fans will look for the New Jersey native to continue his success in East Rutherford throughout the remainder of the regular season.
