It goes without saying, but hearts were broken all over the place last season when NY Giants wideout Wan'Dale Robinson went down with his torn ACL. In a showdown against the Lions, Robinson was in the middle of a breakout game, but then the MetLife Stadium turf claimed another victim.

Robinson has been grinding to recover from his serious knee injury, as he's looking to make a big-time splash in 2023. Luckily for him, it's looking like he'll be able to hit the ground running sooner than later. According to Tony Pauline, Robinson is making great strides in his recovery and he should be ready to go for training camp. That's a major offseason win for head man Brian Daboll and Co.

Giants WR Wan'Dale Robinson should be ready to rock for training camp

Robinson was a second-round pick at this time last year and he was ready to ball out for new offensive coordinator Mike Kafka. In that Lions game, Robinson posted career-highs across the board, hauling in nine receptions for 100 yards. It gave Big Blue supporters a close look at his potential.

It really was unfortunate that he went down with his knee injury, but Robinson is understandably looking towards the future and trying to forget about the past. The Giants have been busy improving the WRs room, so it might be easy to forget about Robinson at times.

People are jacked up about signing Parris Campbell, while tight end Darren Waller is also going to play a massive role in the aerial attack. A new standout wideout (or two) is expected to join the team via the NFL Draft as well.

That's all great, but keep in mind that Robinson was taken early by the Giants last year for a reason. Joe Schoen loves his game. Come training camp, Robinson will look to refresh everyone's memory of how explosive he can be with the ball in his hands.
