2. The defensive line continues to create pressure and take advantage of Derek Carr's injuries

While it looks like Derek Carr will be active and starting as the Saints' quarterback for Sunday's game, he is undoubtedly not at full health. With reports of a right shoulder injury, battling time in concussion protocol, and dealing with a whopping three rib fractures, Carr has certainly felt the brunt of opposing defensive lines all season long.

With the Giants' front seven continuing a strong 2023 campaign, they will certainly give it their all to force Carr to feel their wrath. Most notably, Kayvon Thibodeaux, sporting a team-leading 11.5 sacks, will look to add to his total on Sunday.

Expect Wink Martindale to tap into his unique blitz packages and keep Carr guessing in this matchup. With the injuries hampering his play, the slightest hesitation on Carr's behalf can be the difference in this game. Look for an aggressive and relentless pass-rush to set the tone early.
