With the NFL Draft off and running, fanbases across the globe are fired up to see picks come in. The first round is always going to be the headliner, but don't forget that that there's even more action on the way come Friday.
After the first round comes to a close, general managers will shift their focus to the second round on Friday. Luckily for fans, the third round will take place on Friday night as well. So, when will Day 2 of the draft get going?
Day 2 of the NFL Draft is set to start at 7 PM ET on Friday night
Come Friday, make sure you're ready to go by 7 PM ET for the second round to get started. The Steelers will be the first ones on the clock for Round 2. As for Round 3, the Chicago Bears will be the ones to get things going.
However, there could be a trade or two that goes down to shake things up a bit. Regardless, Thursday's first round provided a ton of drama, but things are only going to be even more intriguing the rest of the way.
For the NY Giants in particular, there's no question that this team will need to improve at wide receiver, interior offensive line, cornerback, wideout and more from Rounds 1-7. We'll have to wait and see how things go for general manager Joe Schoen, but people all over New York and New Jersey have full trust in him to make the right calls.
