After a full slate of contests throughout the day, people can't wait for Sunday Night Football to arrive. There's another interesting matchup on the way, as the Buffalo Bills will be hosting the New York Giants in primetime.

The NY Giants have an uphill climb, as they'll be without quarterback Daniel Jones due to a neck injury. That means Tyrod Taylor will be getting the start and he's hoping that Saquon Barkley will be able to give things a go. Barkley is still working his way back from a high-ankle sprain suffered Week 2.

Will Saquon Barkley play on Sunday night vs. the Buffalo Bills?

According to insider Adam Schefter, the Giants are optimistic that Barkley will be able to play. For the second consecutive week, he's been listed as questionable to take the field. Barkley didn't take on the Dolphins, but it feels like there's a good chance that he'll play vs. Buffalo.

The Bills, of course led by superstar QB Josh Allen, are monster favorites to come away with a victory over the G-Men. Buffalo enters this contest with a 3-2 record, while the Giants are 1-4. NY has also lost three straight games.

Buffalo is looking to bounce back from a tough loss to the Jaguars suffered in London last weekend. With how much the Giants have struggled this season, we could see the Bills have a memorable showing on both sides of the ball. Unfortunately for Big Blue supporters, it could end up being a long night for them.
