While the NY Giants won't be in action until Sunday afternoon against the Las Vegas Raiders, that doesn't mean fans won't be able to enjoy some great football ahead of that. Come Thursday night, Week 9 is set to get underway with a fun meeting at Heinz Field.

That's right, the Pittsburgh Steelers will be hosting the Tennessee Titans for Thursday Night Football. While there was concern that Kenny Pickett wouldn't be healthy enough to start, he's expected to be ready to rock for this tilt. On the other side of the field, rookie Will Levis will be making his second start:

DeAndre Hopkins injury update: Star wide receiver will play on Thursday night

This could prove to be a defensive battle, but keep in mind that Levis tossed for four touchdowns last weekend against the Falcons. In some good news for Levis and the offense, it looks like star wideout DeAndre Hopkins will be able to put the pads on.

According to Tom Pelissero, Hopkins, who missed practice on Wednesday due to a toe injury, has been cleared to play on Thursday night. Hopkins is coming off a monster game in Week 8, as he hauled in four balls for 128 yards and three touchdowns.

As high as Levis and Hopkins might be feeling after that strong showing, keep in mind that the Steelers defense is stout and they play on a different level when at home. They could make things tough for Mike Vrabel's men from start to finish in this one, no doubt about that.
