You know what to do.

One of the players the New York Giants are considering with the fifth overall pick, Sonny Styles is one of the leaders in the clubhouse to be the selection on draft day. He impressed at the combine, he impressed at Ohio State's Pro Day, and now the linebacker is finding even more ways to turn heads.

Styles' trainer, pass rush specialist, and former Seahawks' DL coach Brandon Jordan, posted a workout video of him going through linebacker drills on Twitter, and his foot speed was off the charts. The bend and athleticism that the star LB has made him look more like a running back in this video.

While it's easy to be fooled by the social media wildfire that comes with a workout video like this, this just adds to the laundry list of reasons the Giants should draft the 21-year-old, because let's be honest here, ever since he took the field at the NFL combine, he has all the makings of a No. 5 pick.

Sonny Styles is making it impossible for the Giants to pass on him with the fifth pick

It's rare to see an off-ball linebacker of all positions garner the hype that Styles has received, but it's very much warranted. This video is the tip of the iceberg in terms of what he can do, as the All-American has a shot to be the second defender taken in the draft behind his teammate Arvell Reese.

Styles still has to find off Caleb Downs and likely Jeremiyah Love to be the pick for the G-Men, but it's videos and highlights like this that'll help his case. Linebacker isn't the flashiest position to draft in John Harbaugh's first draft, but for a guy at this size who moves like this, you almost have to do it.

While Jordan is a pass rush consultant for the Dallas Cowboys, he still wants what's best for his guy, and the higher he goes in the draft, the better they both look. I highly doubt Styles falls to the Cowboys at 12 begin with, which is probably because of how closely the Giants are looking at him.

Styles is 6-foot-5 and 244 pounds, yet still ran the 40-yard dash in 4.46 seconds and logged a 43.5" vertical jump. He is an absolute freak athlete, and the only hesitation Giants fans should have is about him turning out like Isaiah Simmons, because he's so versatile Dennard Wilson can use him anywhere.

Every time Styles takes the field, whether it's a workout, a Pro Day, or anything else, the more he has front offices falling in love with his skillset at the next level. And in the Giants' case, he's continuing to cement himself as the favorite to be their first-round pick as inch closer to the start of the draft.
