The New York Giants Draft Needs:
Finally and most importantly this is what the Giants need. The Giants need to fix their defensive front seven, address the concerns at the safety positions and they need to address the offensive line.
The offensive line has been the most vocalized draft need by fans, but it isn’t the biggest need. The 2014 Giants offensive line problems occurred mostly to do with injuries. The talent is there. That being said, the Giants offensive line is far from perfect and there are viable options at the offensive line positions in the first three rounds.
The defensive front seven is my concern, of course if you read my articles, you already know that. The Giants defense got pushed around last year. They must get tougher up front. That is why in my Full Mock Draft they selected Danny Shelton in the 1st round and Denzel Perryman in the 2nd round. Landon Collins would be a really solid option as well.
It would be nice to address the wide receiver and tight end positions, of course with the talent the Giants already have these are luxuries and not necessities. The Giants should not ignore need but they absolutely must draft for value. Hopefully the Giants can out draft the rest of the NFC East and take the division title in 2015.
