4. Odell Beckham Is Not 100% Healthy

Last season, Odell Beckham was held out because he had a hamstring issue. He came into the Giants’ offense and changed it for the better. Every NFL fan knows his name after he made the greatest catch of all time against the Dallas Cowboys. Now that training camp is around the corner, he’s going down the same path once again.

When the season ended, Beckham reportedly went through a double hamstring injury all year long. Most thought that he would take this offseason to heal his injury, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. His hamstring issue is reoccurring and it could be bigger than we think.

The Giants are really playing his injury down like any NFL team would. The question is, can this injury hurt Beckham in the long run? The only thing we can do is wait and see. If Beckham goes down and Victor Cruz isn’t on par the Giants season is already doomed from the start.

The Giants can’t survive with Rueben Randle as their go-to wide receiver. Beckham is the missing piece of the puzzle to the Giants making the postseason. Having a healthy Beckham and Cruz would make the team very hard to beat. The fact that both may not be healthy is pretty scary.
