This Year May Be His Best

Eli is in position to really have a great year, maybe his best. Offensive Rookie of the Year Odell Beckham is going into his second season and has the ability to improve on his numbers from last season, if you can believe that. Victor Cruz is returning, Rueben Randle may have turned a corner last season, Larry Donnell is a red-zone threat and a damn good receiving tight end, James Jones is back in the offensive system where he once scored 14 touchdowns in a single season, Shane Vereen and Rashad Jennings will also be catching balls out of the backfield.

The Giants offensive line is re-building so the run game may not be up to par, initially. In 2011 Manning carried the Giants offense that ranked dead last in rushing and near the bottom of the league for defense. The Giants realistically should have won maybe 6 games that season instead, with Manning, they won the Super Bowl. With threats all across the board we may see Eli pull in his first MVP award in 2015.
