Thursday Night Football Favors Home Teams
Thursday Night Football has been great for two factions, fans and the teams that play at home. Victory isn’t guaranteed when you play at home but it is much more likely. The reason is that the road teams week is even shorter. They have to travel. In a game where both teams have insufficient time to prepare the road team has significantly less time.
To counter this disadvantage, the league has scheduled divisional opponents to reduce travel miles for the visiting teams. We still see many Thursday Night clunkers in which the home team dominates the game. When you take in account how desperate the Giants are to not get off to an 0-3 start and their home field advantage, you have to think that the Giants win this game.
GMENHQ will have you covered. Immediately after the game we will tell you everything you need to know about the action. News and opinions will be in high supply, that I promise you.
