3. The Giants Offensive Line Will Be Tested

The 49ers offense is struggling, but their defense has had two really good games and slowed down arguably the best offense in football last week. They also sacked Aaron Rodgers a season-high three times last week. They held their own.

It’s really not a bad unit. Navarro Bowman in the middle, Aaron Lynch off the edge, and Antoine Bethea and Eric Reid patrolling the backfield–they have some talent even though they lost some huge names in the offseason.

No Ahmad Brooks this week, but it doesn’t mean the Giants won’t be tested.

The offensive line has exceeded expectations to this point–paving the way to a decent rushing attack and a quick, low-turnover offense. The Niners will be looking to turn their season around in a prime time matchup, so I expect their defense to be aggressive. The Giants offensive line will have to be ready.
