Missouri QB Drew Lock

Drew Lock elected to return to Missouri for his senior season, surprising many after his breakout junior year. The Tigers 6-foot-4, 225-pound quarterback set an SEC single-season record for touchdown passes, finding the end zone 44 times in 2017.

He was considered one of the top quarterbacks to watch entering the season and got off to a hot start. Lock threw 11 touchdowns to one interception in his first three games but has since fallen apart with the start of conference play. Against Georgia, South Carolina, and Alabama, Missouri’s senior quarterback has thrown one touchdown to five interceptions.

This was likely not the year Lock was aiming for, but he hasn’t completely dropped off draft boards at this time. NFL Network draft analysts Daniel Jeremiah and Bucky Brooks listed him as the No. 11 overall prospect in this year’s draft class at the end of September, placing him one spot behind Grier.
