Week 15: vs Dallas Cowboys

Many fans hate to admit it, but the Dallas Cowboys look like an elite squad in 2021. Their offense has made a complete turnaround with the comeback of quarterback Dak Prescott, and their defense has created much-needed turnovers.

Dallas averages the most yards and points per game in the NFL, and they have shown zero signs of slowing down.

Ceedee Lamb looks like a superstar, Ezekiel Elliot is returning to the star he used to be, and Amari Cooper is his usual elite self. This offense is loaded with weapons and Prescott has been the perfect quarterback to lead this calvary.

The Cowboys’ 5-1 record shows the talent they have put out on the field, but defensively they still struggle.

They find themselves in the bottom half of the league in yards given up, but their +7 turnover differential has given them the edge. This can be credited to the rise of cornerback Trevon Diggs, who has seven interceptions in this still-young season.

Diggs will most likely have already entered the double digits in interceptions by Week 15 and will look to add to his total in this game.

The Giants will have to catch Dallas on a day their defense is absolutely putrid like they were last year. Barkley will have to be that superstar that can make a game-changing play at any moment.

Jones will look to not only stay healthy for this game but to keep the turnovers down and let the offense open up. Keeping mistakes at a minimum is important, and not forcing balls where they might be able to fit into is not necessary to beat this weak secondary.

Any rivalry game is “winnable” but the Giants will have their work cut out for them in this bout.

Dallas should come out and sweep the NY Giants this season, but the accident waiting to happen could come crashing down at any moment.
