NY Giants OL Billy Price

The NY Giants’ preseason trade for Billy Price has not worked out.

Price, pressed into action when center Nick Gates suffered a gruesome leg injury against Washington in Week 2, has been a disappointment.

So far this season, Price has allowed one sack but also 16 pressures in 429 pass-protection snaps.

Whether Gates is able to return, or the NY Giants turn to the NFL Draft or free agency to mine a starting center this offseason, it has become evident that Price is not up for the job long-term.
