Round 4, pick No. 108: Justyn Ross, WR, Clemson

In addition to fortifying the offensive line and edge rusher depth, the NY Giants should continue to collect playmakers at the skill positions to bolster quarterback Daniel Jones’ supporting cast.

Wide receiver might not be a top-line need for the NY Giants, but given the sluggish start to Kenny Golladay’s tenure in East Rutherford, and Darius Slayton’s regression this season, wide receiver help might be necessary for New York’s sputtering offense.

Ross is exactly the type of big-bodied receiver the NY Giants desperately need, especially in the red-zone, at 6-foot-4 and 205 pounds.

This season, Ross caught 46 passes for 514 yards and three touchdowns, while averaging 11.2 yards per reception.

If the NY Giants can build a scheme moving forward that includes field-stretchers like Kadarius Toney and Golladay, with Ross and Sterling Shepard as possession types, it might just be the kind of receiving corps to bring out the best in Jones.
