Week 17 @ Chicago Bears

Some NY Giants fans will remember the last time these two teams met as a somber day to be a Giants fan.

Not only did the Giants lose, but this Week 2, 2020 was the week that Saquon Barkley tore his ACL.

Barkley has not gotten back to true form since then, but one could hope he can show signs of return against the team he played when he suffered his most major injury.

As for the matchup, both teams have struggled mightily on both sides of the ball, and have not seen much winning.

Justin Fields has been going through the growing pains of being a rookie quarterback, and his team has not put much help around him.

Both squads have similar issues in that the talent is not there where it needs to be for player development.

Offensive lines have struggled, receiving cores, defenses have all seen their issues which then reflects on the quarterbacks.

At this point, both teams will have given up entirely on a playoff spot, and the future will be the main focus for both teams.

Playing on the road is always tough, but the Giants can definitely take this one considering the ineptitude of the Bears this season.

However, the Giants have had their dull moments, so this one is a coin toss like the other games on their schedule.
