The NY Giants will turn to Jake Fromm, to make his second career start, after Mike Glennon injured his wrist in Sunday’s loss to the Chicago Bears

Jake Fromm will make his second start of the start of the season, in the NY Giants’ 2021 finale against the Washington Football team, after Mike Glennon injured his wrist during Sunday’s loss to the Chicago Bears.

Giants head coach Joe Judge revealed Glennon’s injury, which is to his non-throwing hand, during a conference call with reporters Monday afternoon. Glennon is set to undergo season-ending surgery.

Fromm has appeared in two games so far this season, including a Week 16 start in Philadelphia against the Eagles. In his two contests, Fromm has left much to be desired, completing just 41.4 percent of his passes for 107 yards with an interception.

Glennon’s performance against the Bears was historically putrid.

In Chicago on Sunday afternoon, Glennon grossed 24 passing yards, but finished with negative-10 net yards passing with three interceptions and a fumble lost.

The NY Giants close out the regular season, at home, hosting the Washington Football Team in a 1 p.m. kickoff at MetLife Stadium. New York aims to avoid finishing the season on a six-game losing streak.
