The New York Giants cleaned house and a lot of the fanbase finally feels the ownership group is listening.

The New York Giants’ fans are angry and they are fed up.

It’s been a long time since the New York Giants have been relevant.

The Giants haven’t made the postseason since 2016. Many people around the NFL are deeming the New York Giants the new laughing stock of the league after being such a proud franchise. It appears the NY Giants owners John Mara and Steve Tisch have heard the noise.

Tuesday, the New York Giants fired head coach Joe Judge.

When the NY Giants allowed Dave Gettleman the chance to “retire” the GM search began and it was always in the best interest to allow the new general manager to lead the search in looking for a new head coach.

The job would have been a lot less attractive if it came with a coach with a 10-23 record who was hired by Dave Gettleman who failed the team. The team would still have no direction if Joe Judge remained and was forced on the new general manager.

The New York Giants have burned through three coaches since Tom Coughlin and one has been more of a disaster than the other. The team is left with a lot of issues but it is important that the ownership group finally has made a decision together. The next General Manager will lead the coaching search once he is hired.

The new regime will have a lot of tough decisions to make. He will have to replace four offensive linemen. He will have to make tough decisions about the future of Saquon Barkley. He will have to make the two most important decisions. Who will be the head coach ? Who will be the quarterback?

The big question is will Daniel Jones get his fourth season as the Quarterback?

It’s never fun burning through head coaches and you can make a case that Head Coach Joe Judge was hampered by moves made by Dave Gettleman but it doesn’t matter. The NY Giants had to start fresh and clean with a new GM and head coach. It’s a new era and the hope is the team lands one of the young exciting candidates.
