With changes expected along the entire roster, the New York Giants’ defense could undergo a full rebuild this offseason.

Under their new front office and coaching staff, the New York Giants have begun to tear down their roster.

The recent release of tight end Kyle Rudolph and running back Devontae Booker could be just the first dominoes to fall for this roster.

Recent reports claiming that both James Bradberry and Saquon Barkley are available in trade talks could mean that things may heat up in the coming weeks.

With free agency set to begin in just over a week, and the NFL draft just two months away, this Giants roster could undergo major changes in the near future.

An area where the New York Giants must invest in this off-season is the defensive side of the ball. While they had a top defense in 2020, they regressed as a whole in 2021. With a new defensive coordinator coming in, it is the perfect opportunity to rebuild the defense as a whole.
