1. The Giants start 2-0 for the first time since 2016

The Giants will beat the Carolina Panthers on Sunday afternoon, 22-18, thanks to another strong performance by Wink Martindale’s defense. Mayfield will throw a late interception to Xavier McKinney to seal the win for the Giants and while McCaffrey will play well, it won’t be enough to overcome his quarterback’s woes.

The Giants will utilize Saquon Barkley and Kadarius Toney heavily in the passing game, finding open spaces for the Giants most explosive players to get chunk plays. Jones will bust out, and have one of the better games of his career, completing 20 passes for 300 yards and two touchdowns, while being turnover free. Jones loves playing against his hometown team, and who can forget this play he made against Carolina not too long ago.

When the Giants win this game, the buzz and excitement will rocket even further. The excitement will turn into expectations and with the Giants hosting the Cooper Rush-led Cowboys and the Chicago Bears the next two weeks, the franchise will have a real chance to go 4-0. If the Giants continue on this trajectory, New York City will become a crazy place come early October.
