While the Giants will be without the leader of their defensive front on Monday night with Leonard Williams being out, they could potentially be welcoming in a new generation of defenders. Second-year edge-rusher Azeez Ojulari is expected to make his season debut, and rookie edge-rusher Kayvon Thibodeaux is expected to play in his first-ever regular season game.

After missing the first two games of the season, both Ojulari and Thibodeaux will be on a mission in this one. And one of them could come away with a sack. Over the first two games, the Cowboys offensive line has allowed five total sacks. One of these Giants pass-rushers could earn their first of the season in this matchup.

The Cowboys offensive line is a shell of what it used to be. Between injuries and players just regressing, this group is a weak link on their offense. The Giants new defensive duo could exploit that.

Last season, Ojulari was a force during his rookie season. He recorded eight sacks in his first year. On the other side, Thibodeaux lived in the backfield during college. He recorded 19 sacks over three collegiate seasons. Earning one in his debut would only be special for the No. 5 overall pick.
