2. LB Tae Crowder

It seems as if Wink Martindale has begun to realize how inconsistent Tae Crowder really is, as during this game, Crowder was on the field a considerable amount less than in previous weeks. Despite this, he still found a way to stink it up during limited snaps.

The worst play for Crowder came on Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker’s dagger TD run. Not only did Crowder play the ball way too aggressively, but he also completely blew any angle he could have possibly had and missed the tackle.

Outside of the Giants Week 4 matchup against the Bears, Crowder has been abysmal, lacking any ability in both coverage and run defense. It is really painful to watch him play at times, as he truly looks lost almost every snap he’s on the field.

It is hard to expect much out of a former Mr. Irrelevant, but it’s to the point where the Giants need to just stop playing him. With the trade deadline coming up this Tuesday, we really hope Joe Schoen looks to find a new linebacker to replace Crowder, as he’s a liability on D.
