2. Brian Daboll is showing what true leadership looks like

The depressing days of Joe Judge in charge are long gone. Now, it’s Daboll who is running things and goodness, what a job he has done. Daboll is winning hearts all over New Jersey and New York thanks to the way he has his team playing. Daboll has inspired every single guy inside of the locker room.

Not only that, but he knows how to win a game in style. After the victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars, Daboll was spotted giving fans high-fives, signing autographs and enjoying a cigar. Talk about some serious swag. Not only that, but his staff is loaded with guys who know the game of football.

Both Kafka and Martindale have been a breath of fresh air, with the latter really turning things around defensively. With his desire to put pressure on opposing quarterbacks, we’re seeing Martindale’s unit fly all over the field and make life a living hell for signal-callers. As long as Daboll is in charge, we can expect good things to happen for Big Blue.

GM Joe Schoen also can’t be forgotten, as his overhaul of the roster has been great to see. His job in the NFL Draft alone was eye-opening.
