It’s hard to describe what we’ve seen out of the NY Giants this fall. Just about everyone had low expectations for this team entering the campaign, but a 6-1 start had Big Blue supporters dreaming of a deep postseason run.

Well, now that the Giants have lost three of the last four, plenty of people have been brought back down to earth. That doesn’t mean this squad doesn’t still have the potential to record some big wins the rest of the way. In this piece, we offer up our predictions for the rest of the regular season, starting with this Sunday’s matchup with the Commanders.

Week 13 vs. the Washington Commanders

This is going to be a lot tougher than people imagine. Despite this game being played at MetLife Stadium, the Commanders are small favorites to take down the Giants come Sunday. This makes sense, as Washington is on the rise, and the Giants have hit a rough patch.

Offensively for Washington, quarterback Taylor Heinicke has been pretty up and down. Carson Wetnz was supposed to be the starting signal-caller for this team in 2022, but it’s currently  Heinicke’s show. Luckily for him, he has plenty of weapons to work with, including Terry McLaurin, Antonio Gibson, Brian Robinson Jr. and more.

For the Giants, they’ve got to find a way to not only prevent Heinicke from getting comfortable, but they’ve got to wake up on offense too. The second half offense we saw vs. Dallas hopefully stayed in Texas. Daniel Jones will need to rise to the occassion. We think he will.

Prediction: NY Giants 24, Washington 17
