The New York Giants posted a convincing 29-20 win over the Seattle Seahawks at Lumen Field in Week 5. Despite being without their top offensive playmakers in Devin Singletary and Malik Nabers, New York's offense, and in particular Daniel Jones, had a great day. Jones passed for 257 yards and two scores, while Darius Slayton posted eight receptions, 122 yards and a touchdown. Boom.

Rookie running back Tyrone Tracy Jr. also stepped up in Singletary's absence, as he impressed with 129 yards on 18 carries. Plus, New York's pass-rush finally showed just how great they can be, as they had seven sacks and made life for Seattle's signal-caller Geno Smith miserable.

Big Blue will have another daunting task in Week 6, as they will host the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday Night Football. Despite sitting at 1-4, Cincinnati has an electric offense led by Joe Burrow. The Giants, though, can take care of business against this AFC North opponent if things go their way. Here are three reasons Big Blue fans should have faith in this team for this one:

3. The sudden emergence of Tyrone Tracy Jr.

We all thought the Giants offense would struggle mightily vs. Seattle without Nabers and Singletary. That was not the case, as Tracy in particular really raised eyebrows with his breakout game. It would not be a shock if the Giants' fifth-round pick picks up right where he left off vs. the Bengals.

The Giants will be going up against a Cincy defense which has been one of the league's worst five games into the season. They could also be to blame for why they're sitting at 1-4. Cincinnati has given up over 20 points in each 2024 game and over 30 in their last two games as well. In the last three contests, opposing teams have posted more than 100 rushing yards against them too.

This could present an opportunity for Tracy to build off his 100-yard game. Singletary continues to battle a groin issue and it's up in the air if he'll be able to play or not. Should the veteran miss another contest, Tracy will be able to handle the load and hopefully post another strong performance.
