The New York Giants may be in the middle of a youth movement led by stars like Jaxson Dart and Malik Nabers, but the roster can't be built entirely out of rookie contract players. Big Blue will rely on multiple veterans to get the job done in 2026.

The G-Men have made plenty of veteran additions this offseason in attempts to fill the biggest weaknesses on the roster.

As Matt Citak of the Giants' official site recently pointed out, there are multiple new faces on the offense for fans to get used to. These three veterans could take the offense to a new level this season.

3 impact veterans to watch on Giants' offense

FB Patrick Ricard

What's not to love about a 6'2", 300-pound fullback bent on punching a hole through opposing defenses?

Ricard, who played under John Harbaugh with the Baltimore Ravens, should give Cam Skattebo and the Giants' running game a major boost in 2026. As Citak said, Ricard can "add brute strength to the run game."

The veteran fullback is the poster child of the Giants' offseason focus on improving their rushing efficiency. The Ravens have been one of the most run-heavy teams in the NFL in recent years, and Ricard is setting the G-Men up to follow a similar path.

WR Darnell Mooney

If you're noticing a theme here, it's that every player on this list has a connection to the Giants' coaching staff. Mooney had his best NFL season under current New York offensive coordinator Matt Nagy when he was with the Chicago Bears in 2021.

The 28-year-old receiver can play out wide or in the slot. He'll compete for a starting spot in training camp, but even if he's a backup, Mooney will add valuable depth to Big Blue's receiver corps.

TE Isaiah Likely

It's no coincidence that two of the three players on this list are former Ravens. Both Ricard and Likely earned enough trust at their previous stop to become top targets for Harbaugh this offseason.

Likely is set to finally become a No. 1 tight end after playing the first four seasons of his career behind Mark Andrews. While he's technically listed as a tight end, he'll play a significant portion of his snaps from the slot, with Theo Johnson playing a more traditional in-line role.

Likely's quick-twitch ability will give Dart a dynamic target over the middle, making the passing game more versatile than it was last season.
