Week 6 of the 2024 NFL season is here and the NY Giants are getting ready to take on the Cincinnati Bengals for some Sunday Night Football action. Unfortunately for head man Brian Daboll, he'll once again be without key players on offense.
Devin Singletary is out due to a groin injury and we found out earlier in the week too that standout wide receiver Malik Nabers also won't be able to play. Nabers was officially ruled out because he's still working his way back from the concussion he suffered against the Cowboys in Week 4.
This is a bit concerning for Nabers, as that head injury came more than two weeks ago. However, late in the week, Nabers was running routes and catching passes on the side of the field at practice on Friday, per Dan Duggan. That's promising for Week 7, but we know for sure he won't be in action vs. the Bengals.

When Nabers was unavailable for Week 5 against the Seahawks, Darius Slayton became the top target for the G-Men and he had an unreal day. Slayton had no issues against the Seattle defense, posting eight receptions for 122 yards and a touchdown.
Wan'Dale Robinson had some unfortunate drops, but he also reeled in plenty of balls from Daniel Jones, including a seven-yard TD to put the Giants on the board. Slayton and Robinson will surely be targeted quite a bit once again for SNF.
Will we see more of Jalin Hyatt too? Who knows, maybe he'll end up posting his first reception of the year. As for Nabers, it's got to be frustrating that he is now missing the second game of his young career, but there's optimism he can return next week for the highly-anticipated tilt against the Eagles.
