3 early NY Giants concerns from training camp and 2 positives
Positive: Malik Nabers domination
This shouldn't come as a surprise, but Malik Nabers has already showcased why he was worth being picked at pick No. 6, as just two days in he has been utterly dominant. The Giants have been deprived of a true WR1 since they traded Odell Beckham Jr. away, but it seems like Nabers is going to fill those shoes very well.
Nabers has made several impressive catches in just two days. While it's just training camp, and we'll have to see if this keeps up when everyone has full pads on, Nabers has still been off to probably the best start imaginable. People were dragging him for a drop during Day 1's session, but what do they have to say about this?
If Jones can stay healthy, Nabers could be in for a historic rookie season for the Giants. If all the cards fall in the right place, Nabers could be key in a team resurgence in 2024. Considering that they made the playoffs without a WR1 in 2022, we can only imagine the team's ceiling with a guy as talented as Nabers.
